Chef Valarie has composed this menu to showcase some of the most delicious items on her menu. Please join us in March to discover our establishment through decadent food, wine and beer! You will have a true European style dining evening. We are currently taking prepaid reservations. The dinner will begin at 6pm with an hors d’oeuvres and cocktail reception. You will then meet Chef Valarie who will guide you through the evenings menu and wine pairings. This is a night that you will not forget, full of delicious food, wine and good times! We will be hosting fine dining nights once a month on Saturdays, should this date not fit you’re your schedule, we will have many more to choose from. Seats are extremely limited please reserve fast!
Ceviche style Shrimp cocktail.
Truffle lamb chops served with garlic mascarpone potatoes.
Bruschetta topped with burrata, D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil and 25 year aged balsamic vinegar.
Artisan assortment of fine cheeses and prosciutto di Parma.
Fresh in-house made bread, orange blossom honey and candied nuts.
Maryland style crab cakes topped with a citrus zest beurre blanc.
Mixed green salad with blood orange extra virgin olive oil dressing, heirloom tomatoes and chevre.
Prime filet of beef served with parsnip puree, tourne glazed carrots and a demi glace.
Pan seared wild salmon with dill butter sauce, served with jasmine rice and roasted vegetables
Trio of mini crème brulee, milk chocolate salted caramel mousse and a wild berry mousse.
The five course menu is $95.00 per person. This includes a wine pairing with each course. Additional wine or beer charged separately. You are welcome to bring your own wine, cork fee $8.00 per bottle.
