Pariani Nut Oils
Pariani Nut Oils
The Pariani oils are extracted from carefully selected nuts via a cold pressing process, without use of solvents. This method guarantees, beyond a unique taste, high nutritional qualities, such as high values of oleic and linoleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants. A new and inusual liquid dimension of the nuts.
Pariani is a family business that started its activity in 2010 with the production of an oil and a partially defatted flour from the very praised “Nocciole Piemonte I.G.P.” hazelnuts through an innovative cold pressing process. The company’s slogan, “Research and Excellence”, attests its mission: to create unusual ingredients and products, to satisfy even the most demanding palates and to inspire creative recipes.
After this success, Pariani created a whole range of ingredients from Italian selected nuts – walnut, pine nut, almond, pistachio: oils, grains, flours and pastes.
Over the years our list has been completed with candied fruits and vegetables, natural essences and a few finished products like spreads, pralines and a crunch cake, the Sbrisolina, created with the pastry chef Luigi Biasetto.
THE CONCEPT: A WIDESPREAD COMPANY
Not one, but a few companies. This is Pariani’s innovative concept, with targeted deals in the italian regions where the nuts are grown and partially processed: in Cortemilia, in the heart of the Langhe, for the “Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P.” hazelnuts, in Bronte for the “Pistacchio verde di Bronte DOP” pistachio and in Val di Noto for the almond (both in Sicily), along the Pisa coast (Tuscany) for the pine nut and in Veneto for the “Lara” walnut.
Pariani headquarters are in Givoletto, outside Torino: offices, labs, warehouse, shop and a tasting room. But our strenght and the product safety come also from our local taskforce, the farmers who, in Piedmont, Sicily, Tuscany and Veneto grow the orchards that ensure the high quality of our raw materials.
